Introduction to Mindfulness – Join us for an hour long introduction to mindfulness. We will explore what mindfulness is and is not, and practice an introductory mindfulness meditation together for about 20 minutes. Susan Young has been passionately practicing mindfulness for many years as a guide through her anxiety and the ups and downs of life. She is a certified Mindfulness Facilitator with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Toronto.
